We are presently seeking experienced Bouncers and Bar Security Guards to join our dynamic team. Mandatory requirements: Valid Ontario Security Guard License Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not necessary. Basic Requirements: • Valid Ontario Security License • Applicants must be able to work all shifts (Nights and weekends) • Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants must be able to lift 100lbs Job Duties: • Patrolling and monitoring designated areas • Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional manner • Conduct regular surveillance of the premises • Keep an eye out for patrons who may have had too much to drink and offer assistance. • Conduct bag checks as required • Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff • Monitor and control access to the establishment • Check IDs and enforce age restrictions • Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed • Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary Pay Rate:  $20 – $25/hour

Must possess skills in crowd management, event security, leadership, interpersonal relations, organizational, communication, team building and customer services. Demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently to emergency situations, coach and motivate people, apply flexibility with external contractors while representing and maintaining interests of the company.
