We are presently seeking experienced Bouncers and Bar Security Guards to join our dynamic team. Mandatory requirements: Valid Ontario Security Guard License Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not necessary. Basic Requirements: • Valid Ontario Security License • Applicants must be able to work all shifts (Nights and weekends) • Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Applicants must be able to lift 100lbs Job Duties: • Patrolling and monitoring designated areas • Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional manner • Conduct regular surveillance of the premises • Keep an eye out for patrons who may have had too much to drink and offer assistance. • Conduct bag checks as required • Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents • Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff • Monitor and control access to the establishment • Check IDs and enforce age restrictions • Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed • Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary Pay Rate:  $20 – $25/hour

As the Security Officer, you oversee security throughout the casino, ensuring guests and employees are secure and protected at all times. In this key role, you will help create a comfortable environment where others feel the assuring calm of your presence. Internally, you will protect the company from theft and/or fraud, while delivering a rock-solid commitment to customer service. At all times, you are aware of the gaming operations and will work under provincial gaming regulations and comply with all applicable laws, policies and procedures.
