Payroll Administrator

Manage and maintain the Workflow Request Queue in Success Factors Employee Central for assigned Payroll

Area
• Termination requests
• Ending DPSP/RRSP and Car allowance/AutoTB
• Severance payment
• Bonus payments and Rate Increases
• Pay in lieu, Salary continuance
• Vacation payout
• Layoff requests
• Process all time data entry and review for accuracy and completeness
• Process gross payroll and net payroll batches
• Payroll data entry (employee earnings adjustments, allowances etc.)
• Process retroactivity payroll when required
• Run payroll departmental reports
• Print and distribute pay statements and/or cheques
• Process record of employments
• Process and distribute off cycle cheques as per company policy
• Ensure compliance with Federal &Provincial payroll legislation and company policy
• Maintain employee records as per government regulations
• Monitor and address employee inquiries from the Payroll Support Helpdesk
• Liaison with branches on payroll related items
• Maintain confidentiality

What We Are Seeking
• Bilingual in French and English is a must
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Processing Payroll
• Minimum 3 years of SAP Success Factors experience preferred, oracle, kronos, daywofrce, workforce an

asset
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office/Excel/Outlook
• Strong organizational skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• CPA Certification an asset
