We are presently seeking experienced Bouncers and Bar Security Guards to join our dynamic team.
Mandatory requirements:
Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Minimum 1 year experience preferred but not necessary.
Basic Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Applicants must be able to work all shifts (Nights and weekends)
• Applicants must be authorized to work in Canada
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must be able to lift 100lbs
Job Duties:
• Patrolling and monitoring designated areas
• Handle difficult or unruly individuals in a professional manner
• Conduct regular surveillance of the premises
• Keep an eye out for patrons who may have had too much to drink and offer assistance.
• Conduct bag checks as required
• Completing incident reports and required documentation for all security incidents
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff
• Monitor and control access to the establishment
• Check IDs and enforce age restrictions
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as needed
• Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary
Pay Rate: $20 – $25/hour
